This is an application seeking withdrawal of the writ petition. 2.

In view of the averments made in the application that the petitioner has to resolve the dispute through the 'Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2024' and according to the learned counsel for the petitioner withdrawal of the writ petition being a pre-condition to avail the scheme, she wishes to withdraw the writ petition.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
