The petitioner is essentially aggrieved that the Global Positioning System (GPS) Coordinates of the device associated with the mobile number of the accused has not been provided. 2.
It is the case of the petitioner that he was not available at the time of incident.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that the police authorities do not have any wherewithal to provide the GPS coordinates.

Considering the above, no directions for providing the GPS coordinate can be passed.

The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
