This is an application preferred on behalf of the Petitioner in a disposed of writ petition seeking clarification/modification of order dated 02.08.2024 to fix a time limit for compliance of the said order and further provide compassionate appointment to the Petitioner. 2.

Mr. Arora, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent and submits that representation of the Petitioner has already been decided by the Bank vide order dated 10.09.2024 and the same has been communicated to the Petitioner on 11.09.2024.

No further order is required to be passed in the application and the same is accordingly dismissed.
