This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs: "1. Pass necessary directions against the Respondent No. 1 to 4 for providing security to the Petitioner protecting her life and liberty, in the interest of justice. AND
2. Direct the Respondent No. 5 to 13 to not to contact/ interfere in the peaceful living of the Petitioner, in any manner whatsoever. AND/Or;
3. Such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case be also passed in favor of the petitioner to meet the ends of justice." 2.
The matter has been heard in Chamber, wherein the Petitioner, her husband and the other counsels were present, including the IO. The court has spoken at length to the Petitioner and her husband Anis Kumar, S/o Mithilesh Singh, Village Kadma, District: East Champaran, Bihar. Both of them state that they are happily married and blessed with a girl child. At present, there are no threats from the family members. In fact, the mother of Petitioner is now in contact with her and it appears that the differences have been sorted out, although Petitioner has some reservation against the larger family.

In the considered opinion of this Court, no further orders are required to be passed at this stage. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of along with pending applications. Petitioner is, however, at liberty to contact the IO on his mobile phone number, who shall act promptly in case any assistance is required by the Petitioner.
