No one appears for petitioner. Even on the last occasion, it was stated by the counsel for petitioner, who was nominated from the DHCLSC that he had no instructions from the petitioner and was not able to contact him 2.

It was also noted in the previous order that as per the nominal roll dated 2nd August 2024, appellant had completed his sentence on 13th January 2021 and was released from jail on 20th July 2021 after completion of sentence in another FIR.

Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. 4.
