The present writ petition seeks quashing of orders dated 15th February, 2024, 23rd February, 2024 and 04th July, 2024 issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, Foreigners- II Division (Monitoring Unit), whereby Petitioner's Certificate of Registration under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, 1 was suspended.

Pursuant to suspension order-cum-show cause notice dated 15th February, 2024, a final order dated 04th July, 2024 was passed whereby the Petitioner was held liable for violations provided under Section 12(4)(f)(ii) and Section 3(1)(g) of the Act.

This Court has already through order dated 11th July, 2024 passed in W.P.(C) 9344/2024, observed that in view of the alternate efficacious remedy being available to the parties under Sections 31 and 32 of the Act, the writ jurisdiction of this Court cannot be invoked. 4.
In light of the above, after making some submissions, Mr. Romy Chacko, counsel for Petitioner, states that he would like to withdraw the present petition and avail the remedy for filing an appeal before the concerned Court.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. The Court has not commented anything on the merits of the case, all rights and contentions of the parties are left open.
