% 17.08.2016 In pursuance to the order dated 10th and 12th August, 2016, physical and vacant possession of the premises in question has been handed over to the petitioners. The respondent in the presence of his counsel has also removed all his goods and belongings from the premises.
Today learned counsel for the petitioners states that only rents/damages of Rs.25,000/- is outstanding till date. Mr.Vikram Saini, learned counsel for the respondent on instructions of the respondent who is personally present in Court assures and undertakes to this Court that the aforesaid amount shall be paid on or before 1st December, 2016. The statement made by Mr.Saini is accepted by this Court and the respondent is held bound by the same. In view thereof, present contempt petition is closed. However,
in the event the aforesaid amount is not paid within the stipulated period of time, the petitioner is given liberty to seek revival of the contempt petition.
Consequently, present contempt petition and the application stand disposed of.
