Petitioner herein is plaintiff before the learned Trial Court and is aggrieved by order dated 22.07.2019 whereby his application moved under Order VI Rule 17 has been dismissed.

However, it is informed by learned counsel for both the parties that the concerned Trial Court had also referred the matter for mediation and all the disputes between the parties have been amicably resolved. 3.

A copy of settlement terms as recorded by Delhi Mediation Centre, Rohini District has also been placed on record and learned counsel of both the parties informed that, as per instructions, parties have already complied with the terms and conditions as recorded therein and the suit in question is also likely to be withdrawn in terms of settlement.

In view of the abovesaid, petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the present petition.

Application moved in this regard is accordingly allowed. 6.

Present petition is disposed of as not pressed in terms of amicable settlement between the parties as recorded before the Mediation Centre on 09.04.2025.
