This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant-petitioner with the prayer to decide the questions of law and also for imposing heavy costs on the respondents.

By means of our order dated 19.08.2025, we had expressed our opinion that continuance of proceedings of the writ petition may not yield any fruitful result in favour of the petitioner for the reason that the work under the subject tender had started long ago and has been completed as well. 3.

We had granted time to the learned counsel for petitioner to seek instructions from the petitioner. However, today an application has been moved with a prayer to decide the questions of law. 4.

the petitioner. In this view of the matter, deciding the questions of law is also not warranted.
