BAIL APPLN. 2948/2019 By way of the instant application, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in the Zero FIR bearing No. 0002/2019 dated 22.11.2019 registered at P.S. Wazirabad for the offence punishable under Section 376 IPC. Learned APP for the State submits at Bar that the Zero FIR has already been transferred to the concerned P.S. at Jaipur and hence, there is no apprehension of the petitioner being arrested by the Delhi Police. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application.

The bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn. Dasti under signatures of the Court Master.
