O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 482/2019 This petition has been filed by the claimant and the respondent before the Arbitral Tribunal, under Section 29(A) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award by a period of six months effective from November 24, 2019.
Noting the submissions of the counsel for the parties and the contents of the petition, the prayer as prayed for is granted. Accordingly, the time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the
proceedings and render the Award is extended by a period of six months up to May 23, 2020 effective from November 24, 2019. The petition stands disposed of.
