This is an application seeking early hearing of the present petition. 2.

Considering the averments made in the application, the same is allowed.

The W.P.(C) 10706/2024 is taken up for hearing today itself. W.P.(C) 10706/2024 4.

The limited relief sought by the petitioner is that a copy of the inspection report in respect of the inspection conducted on 19.11.2022 be supplied to the petitioner and a show cause notice be issued to the petitioner as regards the deficiencies found in the said inspection. 5.

During the course of hearing it transpires that although a show cause notice was given to the petitioner pursuant to the inspection conducted on The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 24.08.2022, no show cause notice was given pursuant to the inspection conducted on 19.11.2022.

In the circumstances, the present petition is disposed of with a directions to the respondent to furnish a copy of the inspection report dated 19.11.2022 to the petitioner and also issue a show cause notice as regards the deficiencies found thereupon. Let the petitioner be afforded an opportunity to suitably respond thereto. Upon considering the response of the petitioner, the concerned authority shall take an appropriate decision in the matter, in accordance with applicable rules and regulations as may be deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the present case. Let the aforesaid exercise be concluded as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of 8 weeks from today.
