% 20.08.2024 The present petition has been filed seeking grant of parole for a period of two months to the petitioner in case FIR no.129/1994, PS Kanjhawala, Delhi.

Petitioner is stated to be in custody in case FIR no.129/1994 U/s 302/325/34 IPC, PS Kanjhawala, Delhi.

Mr. Sanjay Lao, learned standing counsel has furnished the status report. Let it be placed on record.

As per the status report, the petitioner earlier had been granted parole/furlough on various occasions and he has never misused the same. Learned standing counsel submits that last time petitioner was granted furlough from 28.03.2024 to 11.04.2024. immediately on the expiry of the furlough.

In view of the status report, the parole is granted to the petitioner for a period of one month on his furnishing personal bond of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the concerned jail superintendent and subject to the following conditions: i. The Petitioner shall furnish his mobile number(s) in the personal bond to the Jail superintendent, shall keep it operational at all times and shall also remain available on the same; and ii. The petitioner shall remain available at his address given in the personal bond furnished before the Jail Superintendent; and iii. The petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent on the expiry of one month from the date of his release. The petition stands disposed of.

A copy of this order be sent to concerned Jail Superintendent for information.
