Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to take recourse in accordance with law by filing an application under Section 175(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 before the Magistrate. 3.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 4.

As and when the Petitioner files an application under Section 175(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the learned Magistrate is directed to consider the same as expeditiously as possible as the allegation of the Petitioner is against the land-grabbers. 5.

The Police Authorities are also directed to consider the complaint of the Petitioner and proceed accordingly.

With these directions, the Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, along with the pending applications, if any.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
