% 20.01.2016 This is a suit for recovery valued at less than Rs.1 crore. It is seen from the contents of the plaint that the cause of action arose at plaintiff's office located at New Friends Colony which falls under the jurisdiction of District South East, Delhi.

In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South East), Saket, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South East), Saket, Delhi on 26.04.2016.
