The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension of time to deposit the amount of Rs.20,000/- in terms of order dated 13.12.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the previous directions contained in the order dated 13.12.2019, the time to deposit Rs.20,000/- be extended. He submits that a demand draft of Rs.20,000/- bearing No. 649196 dated 09.01.2020 has been prepared and seeks some time to deposit the same with the Registrar General of this Court.

Let the aforesaid demand draft be deposited with the Registrar General of this Court within seven days from today. 4.

With the above directions, the application stands disposed of. 5.
