% 21.07.2017 This is an application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.1081/2015, under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC registered at Police Station-Malviya Nagar. Vide order dated 16th February, 2017, the petitioner was granted protection from arrest and he was directed to join the investigation. Status report has been filed by the State today in Court. Learned APP for the State has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to join further investigation as and when directed and in the event of his arrest the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of IO/SHO concerned with the direction that the petitioner shall not leave the country without prior permission of the concerned Court and he shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses and shall not contact the complainant in any manner.

The present bail application is allowed and stands disposed of accordingly.
