The learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 has raised an objection on the maintainability of the present appeal. 2.

On this objection, the learned counsel for the appellant prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an application before the learned Single Judge or an appropriate proceeding, as may be advisable in law, against the Impugned Order. 3.

This Court, by its Order dated 22.11.2023, had stayed the operation of the Impugned Order dated 06.10.2023 and further The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. clarified that it shall be open to the learned Single Judge to consider the application filed by the appellant herein seeking recall of the Order dated 03.10.2023, remaining uninfluenced by the pendency of the present appeal or the order passed.

As the said order has remained in operation for almost last eleven months, the interim Order dated 22.11.2023 shall continue for a period of four weeks from today for the appellant to seek the appropriate remedy.

The appeal and the pending applications are disposed of in the above terms.
