% 28.08.2017 We find that ATC Telecom Infrastructure (P.) Ltd., has already arrived at a settlement in Mediation with the respondent-MCD, therefore, prima facie, it appears that the present appeal would be liable to be disposed of as settled.

In view of the aforesaid, the present appeal is disposed of as settled in terms of settlement dated 30.01.2017 which is placed on record of LPA No.572/2011.
