O R D E R

% 15.01.2020 Crl. M.A. 731/2020 (for clarification of order dated 28.11.2019) By way of this application, petitioner is seeking clarification with regard to the deposit of Rs.10 lacs, whether it is to be deposited in the name of the Registrar General of this Court or by way of FDR in his own name with the trial court, subject to the outcome of the case.

Learned APP for the State has submitted that vide order dated 28.11.2019, petitioner has himself submitted that he has already deposited a sum of Rs. 10 lacs in the account of the complainant. So, as far as this deposit is concerned, there is no dispute and the counsel for the respondent no.2 has also not disputed the deposit of the said

amount.

As far as question of further deposit of Rs.10 lacs is concerned, petitioner shall deposit the same in the account of the complainant within a week from today, without prejudice to his rights and contentions.

The application stands disposed of.
