These Petitions have been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator as per The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Clause 9.0.1.0 of the work orders dated 29.05.2020 and 18.12.2019 to adjudicate on the disputes which have arisen between the parties. 2.
It is stated that under the said work orders, the Petitioner herein was to provide and operate transport vehicles to the Respondent herein. It is stated that the disputes have arisen between the parties due to non-payment of money. It is stated that Notices under Section 21 of the Arbitration Act was issued by the Petitioner on 12.12.2024 proposing the name of its nominee Arbitrator. It is stated that the said Notice has been replied to by the Respondent denying the existence of disputes between the parties. The Petitioner has, thereafter, approached this Court by filing the present Petition.

A perusal of the material on record shows that both the work orders in question pertains to providing and operation of vehicles for Panipat Division. A reading of the tender documents show that only the Competent Courts having jurisdiction over Panipat can entertain the present Petition. 4.
Confronted with this, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to approach the Punjab and Haryana High Court by filing an appropriate Petition seeking appointment of an Arbitrator in accordance with law. 5.
Leave and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 6.
The Petitions are disposed of, along with the pending applications, if any.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
