W.P.(CRL) 3324/2019 Vide impugned judgment of 15th September, 2018 and order on sentence of 19th September, 2018, petitioner has been convicted for life for the offences under Sections 302/201/364/120B IPC read with Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act in FIR No. 180/2012, registered at police station Maurya Enclave, Delhi.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that by order of 21st October, 2019 in W.P.(Crl.). 2850/2019, petitioner was granted parole for W.P.(Crl.) 3324/2019

one week and his parole is expiring on 30th November, 2019 and that petitioner's wife, who is co-accused in the said FIR, had preferred a Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and vide order of 25th November, 2019 in SLP (Crl.) No. 9922/2019, she has been granted bail. Petitioner is seeking extension of parole for six weeks to file Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and to arrange financial resources for filing the same. Notice.

Mr. Sanjay Lao, Additional Standing Counsel for respondent/ State, accepts notice.

Heard.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, parole granted to petitioner is extended for a further period of five weeks on the same terms and conditions as stipulated in the order of 21st October, 2019.

This petition and application stand accordingly disposed of. Dasti.
