% 04.12.2019 Pursuant to order dated 28.11.2019, the comments have been received from the Trial Court in a sealed cover.

The same has been opened and perused in the court.

After perusal, it is noticed that since the arguments are going on before the Trial Court and now the matter is fixed for further arguments on 07.12.2019 and the fact that other co-accused is also in judicial custody, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

I hereby expect the Trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously, within a period of two months from the date of conclusion of the arguments keeping in view the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 24.11.2016.
