By virtue of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No.314/2023 dated 12.05.2023 registered at PS: Dwarka North, New Delhi under Sections 8/21/25/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS Act). 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application.

As such, present application, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.
