It is submitted by learned APP that examination of the material witnesses is not complete inasmuch as four witnesses are under crossexamination. 2.
At this stage, Mr.Shobhit Dimri, learned counsel who appears for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application seeking liberty to file fresh application after the examination of all the material witnesses and after obtaining fresh date for surgery of his wife. 3.
The statement made by learned counsel is taken on record and the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

The trial court is requested to make best possible endeavour to record the statements of the witnesses in a most expeditious manner.
