% 30.03.2016 We have interacted with the petitioner and her husband. We also interacted with Gaurav, Atiya Farhad @ Rose and the parents of Gaurav in the chamber. Atiya Farhad @ Rose submits that she is a major which is not disputed. She further submits that she has married Gaurav out of her own free will and she does not wish to join the company of her parents. Parents of Gaurav submit that they have been receiving threatening calls from the family of the petitioner. The petitioner and her husband undertake to the court that they would not interfere in the life of Atiya Farhad @ Rose and her in-laws.
