First Bail Application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. of BNSS, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for grant of Interim Bail in case FIR No.493/2021 under Section 302/201/365/120B IPC and 25 Arms Act registered at Police Station Mundka.

It is submitted that the wife of the Petitioner is suffering from Gall Bladder Stone and has to undergo the laparoscopic surgery for removal of Gall Bladder stones which was earlier scheduled for 21.07.2025 and thereafter for 05.08.2025. The medical documents have been filed in support thereof. It is submitted that the Petitioner may be granted fifteen days Interim Bail for the surgery of his wife. 3.

Applicant Naveen @ Ghoda is granted Interim Bail w.e.f 02.08.2025 till 15.08.2025, upon his furnishing a Personal Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- and one surety of the like amount, before the Jail Superintendent/Trial Court for acceptance of the Bail Bond to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court, and further subject to the following conditions:- a) Applicant shall not leave Delhi/NCR without prior permission of the Court;
b) Applicant shall provide his mobile number and also the mobile number of his wife/surety to the IO concerned, both of which shall be kept in working condition at all times and he shall not change the mobile numbers without prior intimation to the Investigating Officer concerned;
c) Applicant shall not indulge in any criminal activity and shall not communicate with or come in contact with the witnesses. d) Applicant shall not stay near the complainant and shall not threaten the complainant and the other witnesses in any manner. 5.
Upon expiry of period of Interim Bail, as stated above, the Applicant shall surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent on 16.08.2025. 6.
The Petition stands disposed of along with the pending Application(s). 7.
