This appeal is filed on behalf of the Appellant under Section 117A of Patents Act, 1970 for setting aside the impugned order dated 13.03.2025 as also direction to Respondent to grant patent on the Patent Application No. 202117018914.

At the outset, learned counsel for the Appellant seeks to withdraw this appeal as there is an advertent error in filing certain pages, with liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action.

Appeal along with pending application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
