versus THE STATE ..... Respondent Through:

Mr Sanjay Lao, Addl.

Standing Counsel with Mr Karanjeet Sharma, Advocate with Insp. Rupesh, SI Sunil, PS Civil Lines.

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU

O R D E R

% 29.11.2019 CRL.M.A. 41440/2019 1.

Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

W.P.(CRL) 3335/2019 2.

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondent to release him on parole. 3.

The petitioner states that he had made an application seeking parole on 14.10.2019, however, that application has not been decided as yet. 4.

Mr Lao, learned ASC points out that the petitioner had filed a similar petition (W.P.(Crl.) 3071/2019) seeking similar relief, which was dismissed on 01.11.2019. The said fact has not been mentioned in the present petition. 5.

In view of the above, this Court finds no reason to entertain the

present petition. The same is, accordingly, dismissed. VIBHU BAKHRU, J NOVEMBER 29, 2019 MK
