The Court vide interim order dated 13.12.2022 directed the school to allow the students to appear in examination and accordingly it is submitted by Mr. Khagesh B Jha, that one child has already passed out and another has already opted out to some other school. At this point of time, the complaint as such on merits may not require to be adjudicated, as the same has become an academic issue.

The larger legal issue whether the Commission is empowered to pass a direction for conducting an enquiry is concerned, the same is left open to be adjudicated in an appropriate matter.
