After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner does not press the present petition.

He, however, prays that since the divorce petition was filed way back in the year 2016 and since the ex-parte order was set aside when the case had already reached the stage of final arguments/judgment, learned Judge, Family Court may be requested to give requisite priority to the divorce petition. 3.

Keeping in mind the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed and the learned Judge, Family Court is also requested to give priority to the divorce petition in question and would ensure that no unnecessary adjournment is granted to the parties. 4.
