An affidavit of Sh. Pramod Kumar Agarwal, the Director of the defendant company, affirmed on 4th March, 2025, has been placed on record. The said affidavit broadly details the terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties.

Counsel for the parties submit that the present suits may be decreed in terms of the said affidavit.

Accordingly, a decree in the aforesaid two suits is passed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant, in terms of the aforesaid affidavit. 5.

The aforesaid affidavit shall form part of the decree. 6.

Let the decree sheet be drawn up.

All pending applications are disposed of.
