The petitioners/defendants have assailed orders dated 11.04.2023 and 15.05.2024, whereby their right to file Written Statement was closed and review of the said decision was dismissed.

Learned counsel for respondent/plaintiff submits that since the petitioners had approached the respondent for settlement, he has not filed written submissions in compliance with directions of the predecessor bench. 3.

After part arguments, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that both parties may join mediation proceedings before the Mediation Centre, Delhi High Court. Learned counsel for respondent affirms this request.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with referral of the dispute to mediation before Delhi High Court Mediation Centre, where both sides shall appear on 09.10.2025.
