% 05.01.2018 CM. No. 405/2018 This is an application filed by the petitioner for withdrawal of the writ petition.

Mr. R.K. Saini, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner / applicant fairly states, the application should not have contained the averments as averred in Paras 5 to 6 but keeping in view the fact that the respondent has issued the order dated December 12, 2017, he would like to withdraw the writ petition.

Noting the submission made by Mr. Saini, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The application is disposed of.

The date already fixed in the matter, i.e., January 18, 2018 stands cancelled.
