On 06th December, 2023, the Court passed the following order: "1. Dr. Amit George, learned Counsel, who was requested by this Court to assist the Court, informs this Court that the issue which arises in this case, namely, that the Almads in the District Courts are not sending the records of disposed of cases to the record room thereby causing a delay in giving certified copies of the orders, is being monitored by Bench of Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice in writ petition bearing W.P.(C) 6082/2019.

He states that W.P.(C) 6082/2019 is coming up for hearing on 07.12.2023.

2. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make an appropriate application for tagging this case along with the writ petition.

However, subsequent to the said order, the Petitioner has stopped appearing in the matter, as can be noticed from their lack of representation on 21st March, 2024, 01st August, 2024 and even today. 3.

2023, the Petitioner can always seek to apply for impleadment in pending matter before the Division Bench in W.P.(C) 6082/2019, in case their grievances are not redressed.

In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
