Both parties are present in person alongwith their respective counsel. 2.

Learned counsel for both the parties, at the very outset, inform that the parties have entered into an amicable out-of-Court-settlement. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for petitioners submits that in view of such settlement, they did not even pursue RFA 100/2012 and the same was also withdrawn on 23.07.2025, in terms of settlement. 4.

Learned counsel for petitioners, therefore, submits that petitioners herein are not interested in pursuing with the present petition. 5.

Resultantly, the present petition alongwith pending application is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of stated out-of-Court-settlement between the parties.
