This appeal has been filed under Section 19 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 ('the Act'), challenging the Order dated 27.11.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in CONT. CAS (C) No.609/2022 and the Order dated 15.05.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in CM APPL. No. 10235/2025 in CONT. CAS (C) No.609/2022. 2.

At the outset, we have put to the learned senior counsel for the appellant that the present appeal shall not be maintainable under Section 19 of the Act, the punishment having not been awarded as yet. 3.

At this stage, the learned senior counsel for the appellant prays for leave to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to avail remedies in accordance with the law.
