This is a contempt petition alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 9th December, 2024 in W.P.(C) 16995/2024. 2.

The matter was passed-over on the first call. 3.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner even at the second call. 4.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/ MCD, on advance notice, submits that the respondent/ MCD has complied with the aforesaid order passed by this Court on 9th December, 2024. 5.

She further submits that partial demolition action was taken on 18th February, 2025 and the property has been booked for further demolition action on 6th August, 2025.

Taking note of the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the respondent, the present contempt petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 7.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
