% 25.04.2016 This writ petition seeks the making of the supplementary award with regard to the super structure. The award no. 2/2013-14 in respect of village Bankner and Narela, Delhi, was made on 04.02.2013 which was announced in open court on 07.02.2013.

In the said award under the head 'other benefits' it is stated with regard to the compensation for the super structure that the Land Acquisition Collector had requested the PWD to file the valuation report of the super structure and, if found necessary, a supplementary award in this regard would be announced on receipt of the valuation report. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the PWD has given its valuation report but the Land Acquisition Collector is not making the supplementary award with regard to compensation for the

super structure. Based on the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the PWD has given the valuation report, we direct the respondents to make the supplementary award as indicated in the award itself. The exercise be completed within eight weeks. The writ petition stands disosed of.
