O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR bearing No.293/2018, under Sections 308/509/323 of the IPC registered with PS Sarita Vihar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. 2.

The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent No.2. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and is identified by the Investigating Officer. Respondent No.2 states that he has since resolved all disputes and differences with the petitioner, who is his real brother. 3.

The petitioner is also present in Court and is identified by his counsel. The petitioner states that he has resolved all his disputes and differences with respondent No.2.

They jointly pray that the said FIR and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed.

Both the parties (petitioner and respondent No.2) volunteer that they shall deposit a sum of ₹25,000/- each, with the Delhi Police Martyr's Fund within a period of four weeks from today.

In view of the statements made by the concerned parties, (petitioner and respondent No.2) and their voluntary statement to deposit a sum of ₹25,000/- each, with the Delhi Police Martyr's Fund, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.

Accordingly, FIR bearing No.293/2018, under Sections 308/509/323 of the IPC registered with PS Sarita Vihar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.

This is subject to the petitioner and respondent No.2 depositing the costs, as mentioned above, with the Delhi Police Martyr's Fund within a period of four weeks from today and filing proof of the same with the Registry of this Court.

The parties shall sign this order as an acknowledgement of their statements recorded herein.
