% 19.12.2019 Petitioner is in custody in FIR No. 410/2018, under Section 420/34 IPC, registered at police station Burari, Delhi. She is seeking bail on the ground that the entire case is documentary in nature and no useful purpose would be served by keeping her behind bars and that she is a single parent and has to look after her minor son and also that her mother is suffering from cancer and she is a permanent resident of Delhi and there are no chances of her absconding.

After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application while seeking liberty to urge the pleas taken herein before the learned trial court. This application is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
