Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an application before the Trial Court for exemption from personal appearance on behalf of the petitioners. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioners may move the said application before the Trial Court which shall be disposed of by the Trial Court after taking into consideration the factual position that may be narrated in the application in accordance with law.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the present petition and the petitioners

are at liberty to raise any contention before the Trial Court at the stage of issuance of notice. Trial Court is also directed to expedite the proceedings.
