This is an application filed on behalf of the applicant/accused seeking regular bail in FIR No.140/2018, under Section 302 of the IPC registered at P.S. Badarpur.

Learned ASC appearing on behalf of the State submits that out of the 20 witnesses cited by the prosecution, 15 witnesses have been examined and only 05 witnesses remain to be examined.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions of the latter, seeks leave to withdraw the present application and prays for a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial in the present case. 4.

Leave granted.
