This is a suit for partition valued at less than Rs.2 crores. Ld. counsel for parties submit that one of the suit properties is situated at Pitampura which falls under the jurisdiction of District North-West, Delhi. In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (North-West), Rohini, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (North-West), Rohini, Delhi on 11.05.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
