Learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties have reached to an amicable settlement vide Settlement Agreement dated 17.03.2026 before Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre Delhi High Court, Sher Shah Road, New Delhi. In terms of the settlement, the parties have agreed that a sum of Rs.1,25,000/- be paid to the respondent/workman.

Leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had deposited a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- which is lying deposited with the Registry of this Court. He submits that out of the said amount, Rs.1,25,000/- be released to the respondent/workman and the remaining amount alongwith the interest accrued upon the entire amount be released back to the petitioner.

The Settlement Agreement filed, has been taken on record and the parties are made bound by the terms of the Agreement.
