This is a suit for partition filed by the Petitioner-Mrs. Usha Kohli, the sister against her brother - Defendant No. 1-Mr. Roshan Lal Vig and other siblings.

Issues were framed in this matter on 27th May, 2022. No evidence has been led by the Plaintiff.

It is submitted by Mr. Aneja, ld. Counsel that the Defendant No.1 expired on 12th December, 2022, but no steps have been taken under Order 22 CPC for impleading the legal heirs.

None has also appeared in this matter for the last three hearings i.e. 29th November, 2023, 14th September, 2023 and 25th May, 2023 before the ld. Joint Registrar. None has appeared even today. 6.

The suit is dismissed for non-prosecution.
