% 23.02.2016 This is a suit for injunction and declaration valued at less than Rs.2 crores. Father of plaintiff no.1 and ld. counsel for defendant no.1 & defendant no.2 & 3 request the matter to be transferred to District Central, Delhi as plaintiffs are located at Farash Khana which falls within the jurisdiction of District Central, Delhi.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (HQ) (Central), Tis Hazari, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari, Delhi on 28.07.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
