They submit that the parties have agreed that complaint case bearing CT Case No. 2038/2019 titled as 'Ms Ragini Bisaria v. V.S. Bisaria' can be quashed on the ground of settlement. 3.

Considering the above that the parties have settled all their disputes, the complaint case bearing CT No.2038/2019 titled as 'Ms Ragini Bisaria v. V.S. Bisaria' is quashed. 4.

The petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 5.
