O R D E R

This order is in continuation of the orders dated 29th November, 2019, 14th January, 2020, 23rd January, 2020 and 26th February, 2020. 2.

Mr. Aditya Swarup Agarwal, Advocate for the defendant states that the defendant will not barge into/enter the flat admeasuring 5841 sq.ft. on the 9th floor of Block-B, Statesman House, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi and will take away the fixtures, furniture and belongings only with the permission of the plaintiff and without causing any damage to the premises of the plaintiff.

The counsel for the defendant on enquiry states that a week or ten days would be required for taking away fixtures, furniture and belongings. 4.

The plaintiff to keep the premises open between 1000 hours and 1800 hours from 11th March, 2020 to 24th March, 2020, to enable the defendant to take away its fixtures, furniture and belongings from the premises aforesaid. CS(OS) 624/2019

If all the fixtures, furniture and belongings are not so removed by 24th March, 2020, the defendant shall thereafter be not entitled to take away the fixtures, furniture and belongings and the plaintiff shall be entitled to deal with the same as may be deemed appropriate by the plaintiff. 5.

The counsel for the plaintiff states that in view of the aforesaid, the plaintiff does not press for other reliefs.

A decree is passed in terms of above, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.

Decree sheet be prepared.
