O R D E R
% 23.04.2018 Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in terms of order dated 14.3.2018, the applicant was inter alia directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 12.40 lacs in Court in the form of an FDR before the Registrar General of this Court within a period of ten days from the date of issuing of the order whereby interim protection had been granted by the Court.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said FDRs have been prepared in the name of the Registrar General from the SBI Bank for a sum of Rs. 3,90,000/- dated 12.4.2018 and another FDR for a sum of Rs. 8,50,000/- dated 7.4.2018 also in the name of the Registrar General of this Court. The same are taken on record and the copies thereof be supplied to the State. The said FDRs be put up before the Registrar General of this Court for further proceedings in relation to the deposit of the same and the aforementioned FDRs are
directed to be put in an Auto Renewal Mode.
Subject to the applicant submitting a bail bond for a sum of Rs. 2 lacs with one surety to the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, with the direction that as per the order dated 14.3.2018, he shall not leave the country; shall not tamper with the evidence in any manner; and shall not intimidate the witnesses and shall not commit any offence whatsoever; the applicant shall be released on bail.
